FOR PART TIME, TIMING WILL BE 04:00 PM TO 10:00PM &WORKING; DAYS WILL BE MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY

FOR FULL -TIME THE JOB DESCRIPTION:
Dispensing & Patient Care
Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions.
Counsel patients on dosage, administration, storage, and possible side effects.
Ensure rational use of medicines and prevent medication errors.
Verify prescriptions for appropriateness, dose, interactions, and allergies.

Inventory & Store Management
Maintain adequate stock levels of medicines, consumables, and emergency drugs.
Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, cold chain).
Monitor expiry dates, batch numbers, and recalls.
Maintain narcotic and psychotropic drugs as per NDPS regulations.

Clinical & Hospital Support
Support doctors and nurses with drug-related information.




Ensure availability of crash cart and emergency medications.
Participate in antimicrobial stewardship and medication safety initiatives.
Assist during audits, inspections, and accreditation processes (NABH, statutory).

Documentation & Compliance
Maintain pharmacy records, registers, and logbooks accurately.
Ensure compliance with Drug & Cosmetics Act and hospital SOPs.
Report adverse drug reactions (ADR) and medication incidents.

Quality & Safety
Follow infection control and safety protocols.
Participate in quality improvement programs and training sessions.
Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical pharmacy practices.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
