Job Summary:The stock market executive Specialist will be responsible for handling customer queries related to stock market frauds and scams, assisting in fraud complaint registration,. The role requires positive communication skills, basic stock market knowledge, and a problem-solving mindset.Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and queries related to stock market frauds and scams
Analyze fraud-related issues and identify the nature of the complaint
Assist customers in registering fraud and scam complaints as per process
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, support) for resolution

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of stock market and trading processes
Understanding of common stock market frauds and scams
Experience in customer calling / client handling




Valuable communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Problem-solving and analytical skills

Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Undergraduate (Finance background preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services, stock market, or BPO operations
Knowledge of SEBI regulations (basic level)
