About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with provisions of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable corporate laws.
Ensure compliances of Charitable Trust
Organize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs).
Prepare agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for meetings.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings with ROC and other regulatory authorities.
Handle annual filings, event-based compliances, and secretarial audits.
Handle compliances related to issuance of securities and other corporate events.
Coordinate with share transfer agents and other service providers.
Draft and review legal documents, agreements, policies, and corporate communications.
Ensure implementation of good corporate governance practices.
Assist management in legal and compliance-related matters.
Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory workplace.
Support due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring activities if required.





Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification
Qualified Company Secretary (Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India)
LLB qualification will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI & RBI regulations, and corporate governance practices.
Excellent drafting and communication skills.
Attention to detail and solid organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management tools.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
1 yr of experience post qualifications.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliances within deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Location and Timing
Andheri west (10 minutes walk from Andheri west station)
Timing 9: 30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Saturday
