Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of physical automation projects
Support the development and optimization of control systems to improve automation processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of manufacturing initiatives




Conduct testing and troubleshooting to maintain world-class production standards
Document processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications:
Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program or equivalent experience in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
Basic understanding of mechatronics and control systems
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior internship or project involvement in factory automation or smart manufacturing
Knowledge of programming languages used in automation (e.g., PLC, Python)
Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols
Demonstrated ability to successfully implement automation solutions
Determination to compete and excel in a rapid-paced workplace
