Key Responsibilities
Model Creation: Develop accurate 3D BIM models based on blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
Coordination: Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure building systems (MEP, structural, architectural) fit together without clashes.
Documentation: Produce, annotate, and dimension plans, sections, elevations, and shop drawings.
Standard Compliance: Adhere to company-wide or project-specific BIM standards and [BIM Execution Plans] (BEP).
Information Management: Add data to elements for 4D (time/scheduling) or 5D (cost estimation) tracking.
Quality Control: Perform QA/QC checks on the model to ensure data accuracy.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
