Job Title: Hub Supervisor - Logistics (Pickup & Drop Point)

Location: Barasat, Kolkata
Salary: ₹6,000/month

Job Overview:
We are setting up a parcel hub / pickup point in Barasat for India's leading Logistics Company, and are looking for a reliable and responsible Hub Supervisor to manage daily operations, parcel handling, and customer pickups.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience in logistics, courier operations, and e-commerce delivery systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily parcel receiving and dispatch operations
Manage incoming shipments and organize storage (back area)
Assist customers who walk in to collect their parcels:
Maintain proper records and tracking of parcels
Coordinate with Company personnel and delivery agents:
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the hub
Follow SOPs provided during company training

Requirements:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass:




Basic smartphone handling skills (apps, scanning, WhatsApp, etc.)
Ability to read basic English (for parcel labels)
Honest, punctual, and responsible
Must be available daily (including weekends if required)

Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Prior experience in courier, warehouse, or shop operations:
Local resident of Barasat or nearby areas

Training:
Complete on-site training provided by company team:
Hands-on learning in parcel scanning, sorting, and handling

Growth Chance:
Potential to grow into Hub Manager role as volume increases
