Job Summary The Medical Officer is responsible for supporting clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating with various departments to deliver seamless fertility services.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct initial patient consultations and record detailed medical histories
- Monitor patient progress following OT procedures in accordance with established protocols
- Assist in scan room procedures and clinical activities
- Prepare accurate discharge summaries
- Maintain clear, complete, and up-to-date medical records
- Update and manage patient information in ARTis system
- Counsel patients on fertility treatment options and provide ongoing emotional support
- Provide financial counselling in the absence of a counsellor or during high patient volume days, including for SA (Semen Analysis) and DFI (DNA Fragmentation Index)
- Support and participate in outreach camps (ORCs)




- Ensure strict adherence to protocols set by the Clinical Head/Consultant
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Assist the Clinical Head in clinical and administrative duties
- Maintain patient safety, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
- Be available for Sunday in-house camps (compensatory off provided)
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in fertility treatments
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management
- Travel to different organizational locations as required

Qualifications & Experience

- Mandatory Qualification: MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery)(Mandatory)
- Experience: 0–5 years of relevant clinical or hospital experience
- Strong communication and patient counselling skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary workplace
