Job Summary: The Medical Coordinator for Medical Tourism will facilitate and manage the logistics of patient travel for medical treatment abroad. This role involves coordinating with healthcare providers, assisting patients with their travel arrangements, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with international healthcare facilities to arrange medical treatments and consultations for patients.
- Assist patients with travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and local transportation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns throughout their medical journey.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to gather and communicate necessary medical information and documentation.




- Ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards relevant to medical tourism.
- Provide post-treatment support, including follow-up appointments and recovery assistance.
- Maintain patient records and data privacy throughout the medical tourism process.
- Develop and implement patient satisfaction surveys to improve service quality.
