Job Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on medical billing and healthcare revenue cycle management.

- Train candidates on medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and healthcare insurance concepts.

- Provide training on ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS coding and basic coding guidelines.

- Explain the complete medical billing process, including patient registration, charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.

- Train candidates on insurance verification, eligibility checks, prior authorization, and claim processing.

- Conduct practical exercises, assessments, mock calls, and real-time case studies.

- Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and practice sessions.





- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback and guidance.

- Keep training content updated according to industry practices and billing/coding guidelines.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical, Nursing, or a related field.

- Relevant experience in Medical Billing, Medical Coding, RCM, AR Calling, or Healthcare BPO.

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and US healthcare processes.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
