Role Description
Join India's first AI clinical decision support platform. Support evidence generation, scientific communication, and guideline-aligned medical content for oncology and beyond.

Key responsibilities:
- Validate AI clinical answers for accuracy & patient safety
- Review against NCCN, ASCO, ESMO & NCG guidelines
- Verify drug information — indications, dosing, ADRs
- Detect hallucinations, omissions & inconsistencies
- Validate clinical trial summaries & evidence citations
- Benchmark AI outputs vs. established medical references
- Document findings & provide structured feedback
- Draft and maintain scientific/medical content — clinical summaries, FAQs, and knowledge notes
- Track updates to Indian regulatory bodies (CDSCO, NPPA, Ayushman Bharat)
- Assist in preparing KOL engagement materials, scientific decks, and publication summaries
- Perform competitive and therapy-area landscape analysis
- Partner with the Clinical AI Validation team to flag content gaps and guideline discrepancies

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge in Medicine, with interest or exposure to clinical practice or medical training.
- Skills in Medical Affairs and Medical Education, including the ability to interpret and communicate clinical information clearly.
- Experience or strong interest in Oncology and other therapeutic areas relevant to evidence-based care.
- Research skills, including literature search, critical appraisal of studies, and basic understanding of clinical trial design.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Enrollment in or completion of a medical, pharmacy, or life sciences degree (e.g., MD, DO, MBBS, PharmD, MSc/PhD in biomedical sciences) is preferred.
- Interest in medical AI, digital health, and evidence-based medicine is highly beneficial.
