Experience: 1–3 years of direct B2B sales experience (prior background in outdoor media, billboard advertising, or local merchant onboarding preferred

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + attractive performance incentives (negotiable based on experience). Job Purpose Drive advertising revenue by selling ad space on digital and static billboard screens located across our partner gyms, commercial properties, and company buildings.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, target, and pitch local businesses, fitness brands, health clinics, and corporate sponsors to advertise on in-gym screens and building media assets.

Client

Pitching & Presentations: Conduct in-person visits and phone calls; present media kits, footfall analytics, and pricing plans to business owners and marketing heads. Deal Closure & Contract Management: Negotiate pricing terms, finalize ad campaign contracts,



and ensure upfront/timely billing collections.

Campaign Coordination: Liaise between clients and internal teams to collect ad creatives, confirm display schedules, and ensure ad slots go live on time.

Relationship Management: Maintain post-sale communication with advertisers to secure contract renewals and upsell multi-location packages.

Sales Tracking: Maintain daily visit logs, prospect pipelines, and weekly conversion reports.

Requirements Proven track record of hitting monthly sales targets in field/direct B2B sales. Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. High self-drive to do field prospecting and build client networks from scratch. Ability to understand target audiences (gym demographics, foot traffic) and tailor pitches accordingly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
