We’re looking for a seasoned Social Media Manager who can lead strategy, manage multiple brand accounts, and confidently handle client communication and campaign coordination.

What You’ll Do:

- Conduct in-depth audience research to identify and target ideal customers
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize spend for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Analyze campaign performance data using industry-standard tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics)



to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- A/B test different ad formats, creatives, and targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance
- Create clear and concise reports to communicate campaign results and insights to clients
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Meta advertising features, best practices, and platform changes
- Collaborate with creative and account management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- May manage campaigns across other digital advertising platforms.

Requirements

- Must be hands-on with Meta Business Manager, Commerce Manager & Meta Business Suite
- Experience with Meta Pixel conversion API
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Prior experience working with Ad Agencies
