Provide accurate information on room types, availability, rates, special packages, promotions, and hotel services.
Use the Property Management System (PMS) and/or Central Reservation System (CRS) to check availability and process bookings.
Upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue per booking (e.g., upgrades, additional services).
Assist in managing group reservations, corporate accounts, and special requests.
Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details.
Work collaboratively with hotel front office teams and revenue management to optimize room inventory.
Follow up on provisional bookings, cancellations, and no-shows to update system records.
Respond to guest complaints and escalate issues as needed for resolution.
Monitor daily arrivals, booking trends, and report irregularities to management.
Stay informed about the hotel portfolio, including facilities, room configurations, events, and local attractions
Prior experience in hotel reservations
Familiarity and experienced handling with hotel CRS/PMS systems, OTA, Channel managers.
