Responsibilities and Duties

Ability to convert files, merge, split, compress and rotate pdf and document files. To fill various forms in word or pdf files
To handle various documentation, and data entries with word & Pdf & excel sheets with accuracy & perfection
Telephonic,
video counselling & in-person Counselling to students & parents to find information to complete the documents requirement
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and actions taken and provide regular reports on enquiries data. identification of documentation.
Provide excellent customer service and ongoing follow-up/support to students
Provide timely and accurate reports of intake dates and potential students
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor Degree qualification and experience in a higher education environment preferably within international admissions, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant experience. An undergraduate qualification is not essential but would be highly regarded
Advanced MS Office skills
Robust problem-solving skills and a 'can-do' attitude
Demonstrated organisational, administrative and time management skills.
Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
