Position: Hostel Warden

Location: Meluha International School, Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities
Student Welfare & Discipline
Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all male students residing in the hostel.
⁠Address and resolve conflicts or disciplinary issues promptly and effectively.
⁠Foster a supportive and respectful workplace, encouraging positive behavior among students.
Handling Situations & Emergencies:
Handle emergencies such as health issues or other unforeseen situations with calm and efficiency.
⁠Liaise with parents, medical professionals, and school authorities when needed.
Communication & Coordination:
Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and school staff regarding students' well-being and concerns.
⁠Provide reports on hostel operations, including maintenance and discipline, to the management.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee hostel facilities and ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
Maintain records of student attendance, health, and other essential details.
⁠Monitor and manage hostel inventories and supplies.




Engagement & Mentorship:
Organize and oversee extracurricular activities within the hostel.
⁠Act as a mentor to students, addressing their concerns and guiding them in personal and academic matters.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a warden in a residential institution or similar role.
⁠Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
⁠Ability to handle disciplinary issues and emergencies effectively.
⁠Knowledge of safety protocols and basic first aid.
⁠Proficient in English, knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
