Job Title: Junior Business Development Executive (Day/Night Shift):
Location: Surat

Shift Timing: Day or Night Shift (Versatile - For Night Shift 7:00 PM onwards)

Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year (IT Industry Mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone who has basic exposure to IT services and wants to grow in international business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate business through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc.
Identify relevant projects, analyze client requirements, and submit quality proposals.
Handle client communication (chat/calls) and maintain follow-ups.
Understand client needs and coordinate with the technical team for accurate solutions.
Maintain a robust pipeline of leads through consistent bidding activity.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.




Ensure timely response to client queries and project requirements.
Assist in negotiation and support in closing deals.
Maintain proper records of bids, proposals, and communications.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly bidding and conversion targets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, IT, or related field).
6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Business Development or Online Bidding.
Basic understanding of web/app development services.
Ability to work in day or night shifts.
