We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized Patient Coordinator to work closely with Dr. Neeru Thakral and the Obs & Gynae & IVF team. The role involves managing patient appointments, assisting with OPD flow, and ensuring smooth coordination between the doctor and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage appointments for Dr. Neeru
Coordinate with patients for consultations, follow-ups, and queries
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the OPD
Maintain proper patient records and treatment schedules
Support the clinical team in patient flow management
Provide a warm and helpful experience to all patients
Requirements:
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge
Prior experience in a hospital/clinic (preferred)
Polite, organized, and patient-centric approach
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
