Job Role

Key Responsibilities
Review and verify loan files and legal documents
Conduct legal audit of secured and unsecured loan cases
Check property documents, title papers, and mortgage-related records
Ensure compliance with applicable banking and NBFC regulations
Assist in matters related to the SARFAESI Act
Coordinate with internal teams, advocates, and banks for documentation and compliance
Maintain audit records and legal reports
LLB / Legal background preferred
Knowledge or hands-on experience in:
Property Act matters
Loan file verification
Mortgage documentation
SARFAESI Act procedures
Banking / NBFC legal processes
Valuable documentation and analytical skills
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
