Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and vision for the CSE Department.
Oversee academic planning, curriculum development, and implementation in line with institutional and AICTE/University guidelines.
Manage departmental operations, faculty performance, and student outcomes effectively.
Promote research, innovation, and collaboration among faculty and students.
Ensure quality teaching-learning processes and continuous academic improvement.
Foster industry-institute partnerships and facilitate placement opportunities.
Guide faculty members in career development and research activities.
Represent the department in academic and administrative meetings.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Ph.D.



in Computer Science & Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 15 years of teaching and academic experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or headship role.
Robust track record in academic administration, research publications, and project execution.
Excellent communication, team management, and decision-making skills.
Ability to inspire and lead a team of faculty members effectively.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per hour
