We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Order Executive who will be responsible for taking orders from customers, entering them into the system, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and confirm product/service details
Enter customer orders accurately into the system (ERP/Order Management)
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams for timely delivery
Provide customers with order confirmation and delivery updates
Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order status
Maintain accurate records of customer orders and communications
Resolve order-related issues such as delays, changes, or cancellations
Ensure high customer satisfaction through skilled support
Job Types: Full time, Part time, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,894.97 - ₹25,529.72 per month
