We are looking for a responsible and organized Sales Office Assistant who can support the sales team by managing leads, coordinating with clients, and actively generating leads through calling and basic marketing activities.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally
Generate leads through calling data, WhatsApp, and basic marketing activities:
Maintain and update lead data in Excel or records
Call potential customers and explain company services
Coordinate with field sales team for follow-ups and site visits
Schedule client meetings and manage appointments
Support in preparing quotations and basic documents
Track daily sales activities and maintain reports
Regular follow-up with new and existing leads
Assist in smooth communication between team and clients

Requirements:
Graduate (any stream):




Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, calling)
Valuable communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, basic English)
Comfortable in calling and customer handling
Ability to generate leads through phone and online sources
Positive organization and time management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Punctual and disciplined in daily work
Previous experience in sales coordination or telecalling is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,506.23 per month
