Job Description:
CSR (Customer Support Representative - Level 1):
Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Computer systems domain is preferred.
Possess basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS tools.
Provide product support as per the standard guidelines.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Experience with CCTV surveillance systems will be a plus
