Nursing Staff (ANM / GNM / B.sc Nursing) - Job Description

Nursing Staff are responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting doctors, and ensuring smooth clinical operations in hospitals or clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
Check and record patients’ vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.)
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures
Provide wound care, dressing, and basic nursing support
Maintain patient records and nursing notes
Prepare and sterilize medical instruments
Monitor patients’ condition and report any changes to the doctor
Follow infection control and safety procedures

Required Skills:
Positive patient-care and communication skills
Basic clinical knowledge and emergency handling ability
Basic computer knowledge for record updates

Qualification:
ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery) / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) / B.sc Nursing:
Valid nursing registration
Experience preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
