Job Description: Patient Navigator

Location: Surat & Ahmedabad

Role Overview:
The Patient Navigator will assist patients in accessing healthcare services, coordinating care, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their medical journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Help the patient for documentation
Need to visit hospitals and provide guidance and support to patients regarding treatments and procedures.
Act as a point of contact between patients and healthcare providers.
Address patient inquiries and ensure their concerns are resolved.
Maintain and update patient records.
Support administrative tasks related to patient care.

Qualifications:
Education: Must be a graduate (mandatory).

Skills:Solid communication and interpersonal abilities.

Should have knowledge about healthcare.

Should be fluent in English, Hindi and regional language.

Working Hours:
Full time position with flexible shifts as per operational requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
