About the Role nWe are looking for an experienced, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our India-based sales team.
nThis is a highly outbound, new-business-focused sales role . The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new opportunities, engaging business decision-makers, conducting sales presentations and demonstrations, developing a healthy sales pipeline, and converting qualified prospects into revenue.
nThe ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B/direct sales experience , with a solid background selling BPO services, IT services, technology solutions, or related business solutions .
nThis role is best suited for a sales skilled who is comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, consultative selling, solution selling, negotiation, and closing , and who has a proven history of achieving sales quotas.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Outbound Sales n

Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to prospective clients and decision-makers.n
Generate new business prospects through cold calling,



cold email, LinkedIn/social selling, online research, and other outbound channels .n
Identify and engage qualified prospects within target industries and accounts.n
Research companies, industries, business challenges, and key decision-makers.n
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.n
Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect requirements, challenges, budgets, and purchasing objectives.n
Present appropriate products, services, and solutions based on customer requirements.n
Conduct multiple online sales presentations and demonstrations as part of the sales process.n
Build relationships with prospects and decision-makers throughout the buying journey.n
Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward.n
