Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Build robust backend services, APIs, and business logic
Design and manage productive database schemas and queries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms
Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack
Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

Required Skills:
Robust proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ concepts
Deep expertise in Node.js and Express.js
Hands-on experience with MongoDB and database design
Solid experience with React.js, hooks, and state management
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development
Experience with authentication systems such as JWT and OAuth
Good knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
Understanding of microservices architecture and API integrations
Experience with Git and version control workflows
Familiarity with deployment, CI/CD pipelines,



and cloud platforms

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of WebSockets or real-time systems
Experience with Redis, caching strategies, and performance optimization
Understanding of containerization tools like Docker
Familiarity with message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
Experience with testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests
Basic understanding of system design and scalability patterns

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience working as a full-stack or backend-heavy MERN developer
