About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and energetic, dedicated and customer-focused Barista for the cafe and lounge at Burnout Delhi, who will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational standards in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages in accordance with standard recipes
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages
Take customer orders accurately and provide prompt service
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including workstations and equipment
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
Handle cash and digital transactions responsibly
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
Support basic food preparation when required
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations




Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years of relevant experience as a Barista or in a café environment
Graduate or pursuing graduation (distance/online mode) in any field
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
Willingness to work night shifts
High level of punctuality, discipline, and hygiene standards
Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable personality

Additional Details:
Food provided only (no accommodation)
Night Shift (6 PM to 4 AM)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
