About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions across Government and Commercial accounts:
Strategically source, screen, and evaluate IT specialists across multiple skill sets
Partner with sales, account managers, and delivery teams to meet urgent hiring needs
Ensure compliance with client requirements, hiring guidelines, and documentation standards
Stay current with US IT staffing trends, market insights, and emerging technologies
Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing best practices and improving team performance
Maintain accurate data and reporting in ATS and CRM systems
Skills and Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience:
Robust background in US IT staffing across Government and Commercial accounts:
Extensive experience with job portals, ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines
Robust understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets
Pay: ₹132,606.40 - ₹800,000.00 per year
