Job Title: Performance Marketer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels
Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs like CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights for performance improvement
Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI
Collaborate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and copies
Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business,



or a related field
Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid platforms
Robust analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Knowledge of tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
Understanding of SEO and landing page optimization
Positive communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing
Experience with marketing automation tools
Familiarity with CRM tools and conversion tracking

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
