Key Responsibilities
Voice Operations: Handle both inbound and outbound calls for our US-based process.
AI Integration: Use AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) to craft persuasive scripts, generate real-time rebuttals, and streamline workflow.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records with fast typing and high attention to detail.
