Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee online account opening processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Welcome and engage with newly onboarded customers, ensuring a smooth start to their journey.
Maintain and update account opening documentation in compliance with internal policies.
Provide timely online support to the Sales team for seamless operations.
Generate orders and handle customer queries promptly and effectively.
Visit customers, when required, to resolve operational issues and ensure service satisfaction.

Requirements:
Solid understanding of KYC norms and compliance requirements.
Prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Willingness to meet customers in person to address and resolve operational matters.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
