Customer Support Executive (E-commerce)

Location: Delhi (In office)

A growing fashion e-commerce company is looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication across online channels.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product information:
Provide assistance to customers regarding product sizing and fit:
Coordinate with the operations team for order status updates
Track and resolve customer complaints or issues
Maintain records of customer queries and resolutions
Ensure timely responses to all social media messages

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi:
Basic understanding of fashion garments and sizing:
Experience in e-commerce customer support is preferred
Familiarity with Instagram and social media communication:
Organized and patient in handling customer interactions

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
