Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
Manage Digital Marketing Leads and Align to the team.
Develop and implement customer engagement and retention strategies
Analyze customer data to identify trends, prospects, and areas for improvement
Coordinate with sales teams to track leads, conversions, and pipeline status
Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, complaints, and service requests
Generate periodic reports on customer behavior, sales performance, and CRM metrics
Support marketing campaigns through database management and targeted communication
Improve customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management
Train and guide team members on CRM usage and best practices
Monitor customer feedback and work with internal teams to resolve issues
Solid knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
