About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate Domestic Telecallers to join our team. As a telecaller, you will play a vital role in connecting with clients, exhibitors, and visitors, ensuring smooth communication and promoting our trade exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential exhibitors, partners, and visitors.
Provide detailed information about upcoming trade exhibitions and events.
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
Support the sales and marketing team by generating leads and scheduling appointments.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through courteous communication.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred but not mandatory.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
