We are hiring IVA Sales Advisors / Debt Solution Advisors to work on a UK-based process. The role involves speaking with UK customers who are struggling with unsecured debts and guiding them toward suitable debt solutions, primarily Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA) — a government-backed debt repayment plan.

Key Responsibilities

Contact UK customers struggling with unsecured debts.
Explain the IVA solution (a government-backed debt repayment plan).
Conduct eligibility checks by assessing customer income, expenses, and outstanding debts.
Provide accurate information about benefits, risks, and process of IVA.




Gather required documents and pass qualified leads to insolvency practitioners.
Maintain compliance with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and GDPR regulations.
Meet weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.

Skills Required:
Robust communication and empathy skills.
Ability to handle objections and build trust.
Knowledge of debt management products and UK financial regulations preferred.
Experience in sales/collections/call centre roles is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
