Summary: The Clinic Counsellor is responsible for the overall operational and

administrative management of a medical clinic. This role involves coordinating daily

activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and managing the clinic

staff.

Key Responsibilities:
IVF Experience is highly preferable.
Operations Management:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure

smooth workflow and productive patient care.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Staff Supervision:
Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including nurses, administrative

staff, and support personnel.
Conduct performance reviews and address any performance issues.
Patient Care:
Ensure the provision of high-quality patient care and excellent customer

service.
Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
Scheduling and Resource Allocation:
Manage clinic schedules, including appointments, staff rotations, and

resource allocation.




Optimize staff and resource utilization to meet patient demand.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the clinic budget, including revenue goals and

expense control.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and

licensing requirements.
Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality assurance and improvement initiatives

within the clinic.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of clinical protocols and practices.
Patient Records and Documentation:
Oversee the maintenance of accurate and confidential patient records.
Ensure compliance with data protection and patient privacy laws.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effect
