Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manners.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system.
Required:
Valuable communication skills in local language(Bengali & Hindi)
Explicit voice and valuable listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills).
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
