Experience -2+ years in inbound and outbound calls
Role and Responsibilities -
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to provide information about products, services, or ongoing offers.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience during all interactions.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous interactions to maintain engagement and convert prospects into business.
Accurately record call details, feedback, and outcomes in the system for tracking and reporting purposes.
Coordinate with sales and service teams to escalate issues when required and support overall customer relationship management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
