GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Staff need to get connect to customer as soon as problem is logged.
Problem to be resolved in a timely manner and must need to be updated with the same day.
Providing best of quality service and resolving the issue in timely manner.
Maintain of log book call log.
Brief (in a format ) for daily plan and visits
Identify & resolve Service delivery issues in coordination with the Manager

Base Salary+ Travelling Allowance
Job Types: Full time, Contractual / Temporary, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹8,107.90 - ₹14,218.38 per month
