Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing
Handle client communication, sales coordination, and lead follow-ups.
Manage Leadership LinkedIn (posts, connections, messages, branding, and basic lead
generation).
Coordinate travel arrangements and travel domestically & internationally with leadership
(mandatory).
Support exhibitions, events, research, content writing, and general executive assistance.
Manage and regularly update LinkedIn profiles of leadership and the company.
Maintain client databases, lead trackers, and communication logs.
Assist in pre
and post-meeting coordination with clients, including documentation and
follow-ups.
Travel (Domestic & International) with the leadership team for client meetings, audits,
exhibitions, and events whenever required.

Admin and other responsibilities
Conduct basic research and compile information to support decision-making.




Perform general administrative and executive support duties as assigned.
Manage daily calendars, appointments, meetings, and timely follow-ups for the leadership
team.
Support leadership in project coordination, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring timely task completion.

Required Skills:
Valuable organisation, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic documentation tools.
In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn & other lead generation tools.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualified etiquette in client and stakeholder handling.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn attitude.

Qualifications & other requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration or Marketing preferred).
