At ARULA for Autism, we are building a movement focused on transforming the lives of children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences through parent-led, home-based intervention models.

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and proactive Researcher to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct online and offline research related to:
Autism
Child development
Neurodevelopmental conditions
Therapy approaches
Parenting support systems
Healthcare and education sectors
Collect, organize, and summarize research findings.
Assist in creating reports, presentations, and knowledge documents.
Research potential collaborations, institutions, doctors, organizations, and corporate partnerships.
Support content and strategy teams with accurate information and data.
Stay updated on trends, studies, and innovations in autism and developmental care.

Requirements:




Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Strong internet research and analytical skills.
Good written and verbal English communication.
Attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly.
Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and presentations.
Passion for social impact, healthcare, psychology, education, or child development is a plus.
