Position: Site In-Charge
Industry: Railway / Highway Projects
Experience Required: 8 - 10 Years
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Age Limit: 35 - 40 Years
Salary: CTC ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month
Job Location: Project Site / Kolkata

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring smooth execution as per project timelines.
Prepare detailed project planning and execution strategies.
Manage manpower planning, task allocation, and supervise work teams.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with quality standards in:
Earthwork
Railway formation works
Concreting
Structural execution
Verify client measurements and prepare supporting documentation.
Execute and check alignments, levels, cross-sections, and volumetric quantities accurately.
Review and interpret construction drawings for proper site implementation.
Maintain site records, progress reports, and enforce safety practices.

Required Skills & Competencies




Robust leadership and team management abilities.
Thorough knowledge of Railway/Highway construction standards and specifications.
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently in site conditions.
Robust technical expertise in measurement verification and quality control.
Experience in handling Railway or Highway infrastructure projects.
Confident in client interactions and documentation management.
Result-oriented with robust problem-solving capabilities.
