Job Summary:
We are hiring Telecallers for a travel company to assist customers with domestic and international travel enquiries, including destinations, packages, and basic travel details.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend inbound and outbound calls related to travel enquiries
Guide customers on international destinations and packages
Provide explicit and accurate travel information
Handle customer queries and ensure a positive experience
Maintain call records and follow-ups

Requirements:
Any Degree (Pursuing/Completed)
Valuable communication in Tamil & basic English
Interest in travel and basic knowledge of popular destinations

Interview Process: Direct HR Round

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
