Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Drive high-value sales (gold, diamond, bridal collections)
Monitor conversion rates and average bill value
Plan promotions and festive offers
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Ensure exceptional in-store customer experience
Build long-term relationships with premium clients
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
Maintain customer database and follow-ups
Inventory & Stock Control
Manage stock levels (gold, diamond, silver, etc.)
Ensure proper tracking of high-value items
Conduct regular stock audits and minimize shrinkage
Coordinate with suppliers and head office for replenishment
Store Operations Management
Oversee daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
Ensure visual merchandising and display standards
Maintain cleanliness, security, and ambience
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal norms
Team Management & Training




Supervise and motivate sales staff
Conduct training on product knowledge and selling skills
Set individual targets and track performance
Manage staff scheduling and attendance
Financial Management
Monitor daily cash flow and billing accuracy
Control expenses and maximize profitability
Ensure proper handling of cash, POS, and invoices
Security & Risk Management
Ensure safety of high-value jewellery stock
Monitor CCTV and security protocols
Prevent theft, fraud, and losses
Marketing & Local Promotion
Plan local marketing campaigns and events
Coordinate with marketing team for brand promotions
Build partnerships with local influencers or wedding planners

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Education:
Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
