Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and develop accord-building strategies and methodologies.
Provide expert feedback on ongoing fragrance formulations.
Define and refine the olfactory direction and brand identity.
Train and mentor the R&D; team on:
Raw materials and ingredient understanding
Blending techniques
Fragrance balance, projection, and diffusion
Review, evaluate, and optimize R&D; workflows and processes.
Ensure all developments align with brand quality standards and long-term goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the fragrance/perfumery industry.
Robust experience in fine fragrance development.
Proven expertise in building fragrance accords from scratch (not just using bases).
Solid understanding of raw materials and fragrance composition.
Excellent mentoring, training, and communication skills.
Hands-on practical experience in perfumery is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
