BodhBridge is hiring a Soft Skills Trainer for a 10-month engagement at a client location near Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. The role involves training students in communication, employability, leadership, and career development skills.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver engaging soft skills training programs for students.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the progress of the students.
Provide personalized coaching and feedback to students to enhance their soft skills.
Monitor and report on student progress and outcomes to the management team.
Create a positive learning workplace and encourage student participation.
Work closely with the client’s team to align training content with student needs.
Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills development and training methodologies.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in training or teaching
Proficiency in English and Telugu

Job Details
Location: Near Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh
Duration: 10 Months
Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
Job Type: Contractual / Full time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
