Position: Customer Experience Associate - Automotive Support

Work Location: In office role - Ahmedabad
Minimum of 2 years of documented professional experience (any industry)
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs (including night shifts)
Higher Secondary (HSC) qualification is mandatory
Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Basic understanding of automotive systems, parts, and functions
Familiarity with vehicle variants, pricing structures, and delivery timelines
Comfortable handling customer conversations via chat and digital platforms

Preferred Experience

Applicants with prior experience in automotive-related environments such as:
Vehicle dealerships or service centers
Auto sales or automotive support roles
Online automobile platforms (e.g., used-car marketplaces or vehicle comparison portals)

Key Responsibilities




Respond to customer inquiries through chat and assisted support tools
Guide customers on vehicle models, specifications, and pricing options
Help with booking-related queries and delivery status tracking
Address and resolve vehicle-related questions or concerns efficiently
Accurately document customer interactions and updates
Ensure a consistent, courteous, and high-quality customer experience

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
