Chilling Plant (if applicable)
DG Set (Diesel Generator)
Water pumps & storage systems
Ensure continuous supply of steam, air, water, and power.
Monitoring & Control
Record and monitor parameters:
Pressure, temperature
Water level
Flow rate
Fuel consumption
Maintain log sheets (hourly/daily).
Maintenance Support
Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance.
Identify leaks, abnormal noise, vibration.
Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns.
Water & Chemical Handling
Monitor water treatment systems (RO/Softener/DM plant).
Maintain proper chemical dosing (boiler chemicals, cooling chemicals).
Ensure water quality standards are maintained.
