Business Development Executive (BDE) - Job Description

Job Type: Full time
Location: Nagpur (In office)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for project discussions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documents.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business deals.
Maintain daily reports and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions.
Valuable presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Eligibility:
Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Development preferred)

Salary:
As per company standards and interview performance.

Service Agreement / Bond Clause

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
