Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily production activities to meet production targets.
Supervise production staff, line leaders, and workers on the shop floor.
Ensure smooth manufacturing of LED products such as strip lights, rope lights, and drivers.
Coordinate with planning, purchase, and QC teams for smooth production flow.
Monitor production efficiency, quality standards, and minimize rejections.
Ensure the availability of raw materials to avoid production delays.
Maintain production reports and monitor output, downtime, and productivity.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
Ensure discipline, safety, and proper workflow on the production floor.

Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing/production management in Lighting Industry.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
